Pregnancy and delivery in a patient with hereditary idiopathic cathecolaminergic ventricular tachycardia

Resume. Cardiac arrhythmias are the most common syndromes which population frequency cannot be exactly estimated. Owing to experimental and clinical research the most of pathogenic active conditions of arrhythmias origin have been studied. Paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia, especially idiopathic, is one of the most life threatening arrhythmias which timely treatment prevents possible unfavorable outcome. Clinical case of pregnancy and delivery in a patient with hereditary idiopathic ventricular tachycardia is presented in this article. Clinical case described in the article shows the necessity of as much as possible early detection of life threatening arrhythmias and their timely correction, which minimizes possible unfavorable outcomes and allows patients to have satisfactory quality of life.
